• Intake and onboarding: After purchase, our intake form collects your business details, the systems you use (such as your ad accounts, analytics, CRM or job tracker, and call tracking), and the contact details needed to grant access.
• Automatically collected data: When you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs through analytics tools (Google Analytics).

• We request read-only access wherever the work allows it, and only to the accounts the work requires
• We use your data solely to deliver the services you engaged us for
• We do not sell your data or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above, and we do not use it to benefit other clients
• We do not enter confidential client data, such as account credentials, CRM records, or personally identifiable information, into public AI models (see our AI Policy)
• Where the engagement includes it, we may send conversion outcomes from your CRM back to your own ad accounts so the platforms can optimize toward real customers
• When the engagement ends, you can remove our access at any time, and we will stop using your data except where records must be kept for legal or accounting purposes

We may reference results in anonymized or aggregated form for marketing purposes, as described in our Terms & Conditions, unless you ask us not to in writing.

How We Protect Your Information

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
