AI tools have become a meaningful part of how modern marketing operations run, and we use them. But transparency about where AI fits, and where it doesn’t, matters to us, and we believe it should matter to you.

This policy explains the role AI plays at BAD 2 BADASS, what data it touches, and the hard lines we hold around it.

We use AI to increase efficiency on tasks that support human expertise and judgment without replacing them. AI is a productivity layer. Decisions stay human.

Summarizing industry content, market research, and competitive landscape data to inform strategy.
Content Drafting
First-draft generation for ad copy, reports, and documentation. All reviewed and edited by a human before use.
Reporting Support
Formatting and summarizing performance data for client reports. Insights are always validated by Romario before delivery.
Workflow Automation
Automating routine operational tasks (scheduling, note organization, email drafts) to free time for high-value work.
Ad Copy Generation
Generating headline and description variations for testing. All final copy is reviewed and approved before going live.
Internal Knowledge
Querying our internal research library (newsletters, transcripts, frameworks) to surface relevant insights faster.

A Human Is Always Responsible

Every deliverable, recommendation, and outcome at BAD 2 BADASS has a human behind it: Romario Martin. AI assists. It does not lead.

When you book a Pipeline Diagnostic Call, you speak to Romario. When we build your campaigns, Romario builds them. When your results are reported, Romario reviews and signs off. AI helps us move faster. Accountability stays human.

We believe this transparency builds the kind of trust that agency relationships are built on. If our use of AI ever changes in a material way, this page will be updated and clients will be informed.
